The written confirmation you receive for your booking is the binding record for your stay. This page is a general guide to how we work.
Cancellation & no-show
Cancellation and no-show terms are confirmed in writing with every booking, before you commit. Plans change; tell us as early as you can and we will talk it through with you.
Payment
You can book and pay through our secure booking system, or arrange payment in writing with reception. This marketing website itself never handles your card details, and how and when you pay is confirmed with your booking.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in and check-out times are confirmed with your booking, and Turkish law requires every guest to show a valid ID or passport at check-in. Arriving early or leaving late? Tell us in advance and we will do our best, and you are welcome to leave your luggage with reception on arrival and departure days.
Children
Children are welcome. Tell us their ages in the booking note and we will recommend the right room honestly, including when a second room is the more comfortable choice.
