The record that counts
The written confirmation you receive for your booking is the binding record for your stay. This page is a general guide to how we work.
Cancellation & no-show
Cancellation and no-show terms are confirmed in writing with every booking, before you commit. Plans change; tell us as early as you can and we will talk it through with you.
Payment
When you continue to Booking.com, Agoda or Expedia, payment is handled by the selected platform under the price and terms shown there. You may also discuss payment in writing with reception. The Lapis Inn website never handles your card details.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in and check-out times are confirmed with your booking, and Turkish law requires every guest to show a valid ID or passport at check-in. Arriving early or leaving late? Tell us in advance and we will do our best, and you are welcome to leave your luggage with reception on arrival and departure days.
Children
Children are welcome. Tell us their ages in the booking note and we will recommend the right room honestly, including when a second room is the more comfortable choice.
