Who we are

What this website collects
This website has no accounts or first-party guest database, sets no cookies and currently runs no analytics. Its booking interface processes your selections in your browser but does not store them on Lapis Inn servers. Like every website, our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short technical logs such as IP addresses to run and protect the site.
When you book
When you continue to the direct booking engine, the stay dates, numbers of adults and children, children's ages and interface language you selected are passed to our external booking service at lapiss-inn-otel-spa.rezervasyonal.com. That service handles the information you enter there under its own privacy terms. If you contact us through WhatsApp or email instead, we receive what you choose to send, usually your name, contact details, dates and notes about your stay. We use it to answer you, keep your reservation in our hotel records and contact you about your stay. The Lapis Inn website does not collect card details.
At the hotel
Turkish law requires us to see a valid ID or passport for every guest at check-in and to register your stay with the authorities. Every hotel in Turkey does the same.
Who else sees it
Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising. The external booking service receives the booking details you submit there under its own privacy terms. WhatsApp is a Meta service and runs under Meta's own privacy policy; if you would rather not use it, email or call us instead.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as Turkish accommodation, tax and guest registration rules require, then they are deleted.
Your rights
Under KVKK and GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Write to info@lapisinnhotel.com. It reaches hotel management directly, not a legal department. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Turkish Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu), and guests in the EU can also contact their own data protection authority.
